If you are not satisfied with the product within 10 days of receipt, please e-mail your request along with an explanation of your dissatisfaction with the product to returns@deadlyviper.org and we will process a refund as well as provide instructions for returning the product. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. The original shipping and handling is not refundable.
